We offer up to a 7-year guarantee for all our services, along with free estimates. We take the time to fix unseen problems or future problems (such as termites, water damage, etc.). We never compromise quality for time and give our clients realistic schedules that accommodate their lives. We do not use materials because it is a new product, we prefer proven products. Weather and conditions on Maui differs depending on location, so all material will not work on all locations of the island (we’ve learned a lot by fixing other contractor's mistakes or material choices).

About Me
MY NAME IS Ed Rickord.
I started in the early 70’s working with my family doing metal roofing and remodeling schools and buildings, and building new commercial buildings. In the mid 80’s I did 4 years of service in the USMC stationed in Oahu. On Oahu I worked with a roofing and siding company. I got my roofing and remodeling license in the mid ‘90’s, moved to Maui, and busted my butt going door to door, going to home shows, etc. 20-plus years later the majority of my leads come from referrals from past clients.
